Do you get me?I've been trying to call HP-Compaq for days and i've finally reached their customer care specialist via the telephone today. And guess what, the same guy that served me yesterday answered my call today as well, or so i thought. It was only later when he introduced himself that i knew they aren't the same person. However, their accents were exactly the same.
I don't know if that's the "indian" accent or anything like that, bt what i'm pretty sure is that i do hav much difficulty interpreting what they are saying, especially when they speak at such high speeds. Especially when we are calling from a place with relatively loud background noises, we simply can't make out what they are saying. Oh well. Evie made a joke that maybe they connected the telephone lines to india to save the labour cost. !!! LOL.
Oh well. For the outcome of my call and enquiries, my notebook warranty had already expired on the April 22nd. However he did tell me what i could do to see if my batt's really dying, and if it really died i would just hav to order a new batt. Oh wells. Grrrr.Should hav send my lappie in sooner.
